Merchant Terms and Conditions

Voucherplan has been set up to assist restaurants, cafe’s, and other small businesses in South Africa that have been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Voucherplan is a free to use service for Merchants to sell Gift Vouchers, for consumers to redeem at a future date.

1. Who are we?

Voucherplan is owned and managed by Dineplan (Pty) Ltd. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, Voucherplan and Dineplan refer to the same legal entity.

Primedia (Pty) Ltd (“Primedia”) is a licensed radio broadcaster and promoter of the save your faves initiative.

These Terms of Service control your use of the Voucherplan website www.voucherplan.co.za, and related Voucherplan software and its features. By using the Voucherplan website www.voucherplan.co.za, and related Voucherplan software you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service.

2. What is Voucherplan?

Voucherplan is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, which provides a website www.voucherplan.co.za, and related Voucherplan software. There are many other features and functionalities.

3. What do we expect from you, when using Voucherplan

You are expected to not do anything malicious, that breaks any laws or is dishonest in any way. You are further expected to honour all vouchers purchased and abide by the terms and conditions of such vouchers.

From time to time, we will change and (hopefully) improve the Voucherplan software and the website’s features and functions.

4. Personal Information of Consumers.

We only collect personal information of your consumers, if we have a reason to do so – for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.

5. How do we treat your data?

You will adhere to all data protection and applicable privacy laws.

We will keep your personal information confidential.

6. Can you give feedback?

Yes, please tell us what you think of Voucherplan and its features. We may use it to make improvements or publish it. You can send feedback to hello@voucherplan.co.za

7. Where does our responsibility end (disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity)?

We do not guarantee that Voucherplan will always be available or that the content will be accurate. We are not involved in or responsible for the services provided by our Merchants that make use of Voucherplan.

You expressly acknowledge that use of Voucherplan and its features is at your sole risk.

We are not liable for any loss or harm which flows from your use of, or inability to use our service. Specifically, we cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience due to downtime.

We are in no way involved in or responsible for the services provided by the Merchants that use Voucherplan. Voucherplan and Primedia cannot be held liable for the Merchants’ actions or failure to act, or any related activity.

8. Fees and Charges

Voucherplan is a free Software as a Service.

9. What else should you know

We are governed by South African Law. If we need to make any changes to our Terms of Service due to these governing laws, we will let you know.

We may amend or update our Terms of Service from time to time. The Terms of Service are currently in force. Should you continue to use Voucherplan after our Terms of Service have changed, it means that you accept these changes. We encourage you to check our Terms of Service frequently to stay up to date.
